Install the bracket of liquid tube no.1 to the body
using a bolt (gold M6 x 28).

Temporarily remove the vehicle earth wire.

Insert the liquid tube no.2 (1) and suction hose (2)

to the evaporator.

Install the bracket of the suction hose to the body
together with the vehicle earth wire using a bolt
(gold M6 x 28).
(i)
Install liquid tube no.2 to the bracket of the suction
hose.
(j)
Install the quick joint clamps to the liquid tube no.2
and the suction hose.
(k)
Connect the liquid tube no.2 to the liquid tube no.1
using a union type coupling.
Tightening torque:
13.7 ± 1.0 Nm (140 ± 10 kgf.cm / 9.8 ± 1.0 ft.lbf).
