17. Insert the packing nut (2) into the fluid pump housing
(3) and tighten by hand.
18. Take the suction valve holder (10) and replace the
black O-ring (15) with a new O-ring from the packing
set. Replace the ball (11) of the suction valve with a
ball from the suction valve holder kit (10). Place the
suction valve seat (13) onto the flat side of the ball
guide (6) above the ball (11). Then place the white
O-ring (14) into the recess around the suction valve
seat (13).
19. Take the assembled suction valve unit and position it
at the bottom of the fluid pump housing (3), with the
rounded side facing inwards.
20. Take the suction valve seat holder (12) and position
it on the suction valve unit with the flat side facing
downwards (thread facing upwards).
21. Thread the suction valve nut over the holder of the
suction valve seat (12).
22. Use the packing nut adjusting tool to tighten the
packing nut (2) through one full clockwise rotation.
The tightening torque of the packing nut amounts to
8,47 Nm.
10. Replacing electrical components
Always unplug the mains cable before performing maintenance work on the device.
Pressure regulator unit (electrical control panel)
1. Unplug the device's power cable.
2. Remove the eight screws on the heat sink housing.
3. Separate all the cables from the pressure regulator unit.
4. Re-assemble in reverse order.
