A protective device against indirect contact (RCD) must be
installed which will trip in the event of loss of insulation of
electrical equipment between the machine and the mains
supply. The RCD should include a manual cut off device and
be appropiate for a 300 mA leakage current.
The Iverpán is designed to be connected to a single-phase
230 V supply. There are specific models for 50 or 60 Hz.
Be sure the equipment is supplied with the voltage and
frequency indicated on the rating plate.
The customer must include a magnetothermic switch suitable
for the total intensity of the electrical installation in the premi-
ses, indicated on the rating
off of the power cables.
For the connection a rubber hose, provide by SALVA S.A., can
be used which is similar to those used for the water inlet of
washing machines.
NOTE: For those cases in which water is calcareous, it is
necessary to install a water softener between the water

The water supply inlet pressure must be aproximately 1-1,5
kg/cm2
VERY IMPORTANT:
the main water supply a manual shut-off cock must be
installed. This should always be shut off when the cabinet
is out of service.
Always take into account that for correct performance, the
Iverpán needs to be connected to a drain. A rubber hose of
Ø20 mm. supplied by Salva Industrial. S.A. can be used for
this drain connection.
The cabinet drainhose must be connected to the drainage of
the room.
