The Iverpán is shipped fully packaged on a wooden plat-
form with a plastic covering protecting the appliance against
showers of rain.
Depending on the destination and means of transport, the
Iverpan is shipped with the head mounted on the cabinet
(1 piece) or removed (2 pieces).
The transportation of the machine, the elements to be used
and the manoeuvres conducted are to be carried out in
accordance with the legally enforceable safety requirements.
The Iverpan should be transported in a completely closed ve-
hicle and it should never be left outdoor.
The machine is designed for use in the food industry (bakeries
and cake shops) with fresh or frozen products used in these
commercial activities, to provide controlled fermentation for
the product. To do so, the appliance controls the temperature,
relative humidity and times at each stage of the process.
It is essential that the place where the Iverpan is going to be
installed is provided with as much ventilation as possible.
The equipment is classified as climate class 5 according to
UNE-EN-ISO 23953-2. For the equipment to operate correctly
climatic conditions where it is being used should not exceed
(40 ° C and 40%).
When carrying the Iverpan into the room it must not be inclined
more than 45º.
The floor on which the Iverpan is to be positioned should be
perfectly flat and levelled.
This equipment has not been designed for use as a refrigera-
ted storage cabinet which can ensure product temperature is
kept within the limits for refrigeration.
