The equipment must not be used for:
Fermenting products containing flammable alcohols
or gases during proofing.
Non-food products (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ex-
plosives, etc ...)
The following chapters indicate the dimensions and weights of
the Iverpan (cabinet + head). These dimensions must be taken
into account to provide the necessary minimum passage and
minimum distances to be set at the final location.
If necessary, the head of the cabinet can be removed for easy
access to the premises. Anchor holes provided in the head can
be used to help. Previously disconnect the cables connecting
the door to the electrical panel.

HEAD-CABINET FASTENINGS
Release the front castor brake to move the cabinet to the final
location and then lock the brake.
There must be a minimum of 1.5 meters around the machine
and especially at the front, to allow comfortable, ergonomic
and safe use.
This should be carried out by authorized professionals accor-
ding to regulations in the country in question.
The machine should be fitted with a 3 m. firmly secured flexible
power cable and a plug in order to disconnect. The existence
of this disconnection must be checked by the operator from
all accessible posts.
The customer must include a magnetothermic switch suitable
for the total intensity of the electrical installation in the premi-
ses, providing the omnipolar cut-off of the power cables.
