o If connected to an external monitor, plug in the monitor and turn it on. Also
check its brightness and contrast controls.(Refer to the expanded Service

THE SYSTEM FREEZES.

Power saving features have timed-out.

The screen goes dark.
The screen controls need to be adjusted..
