Cooking programme settings
Preliminary indications
The "programmes" function enables certain settings to be memorised in a programme; on starting up the programme
the appliance will work with the settings memorised in it.
The programme start up causes the cooking cycle to start, interrupting the programme causes the cooking cycle to be
interrupted.
Memorising a programme
To memorise a programme, operate as follows:
1. Ensure that the appliance is switched on, that no
cooking cycle is in progress nor any other procedure;
2. Set the work setpoint, the power supplied to the top
element and that supplied to the bottom with the
procedures illustrated in the chapter Set work setpoint
and Set the power supplied to the top element and
power supplied to the bottom element of the oven;
3. Set the cooking timer with the procedure illustrated in
the paragraph "Cooking timer functionErrore. L'origine r

4. Hold the "PROGRAMMES" key pressed down for 1 s:
the bottom of the "LOWER" display will show the
number of the first programme not used; the
programmer number will flash.
5. Press and release the "INCREASE" or the
"DECREASE" key within 15 s to set the programme
number.
6. Hold the "PROGRAMMES" key pressed down for 1 s:
the appliance will leave the procedure.
To prematurely leave procedure, operate as follows:
7. Do not operate for 15 s (any changes will not be
changed).
Starting a programme
To start a programme, operate as follows:
1. Ensure that the appliance is switched on, that no cooking cycle is in progress nor any other procedure.
2. Press and release the "PROGRAMMES" key: the bottom of the "LOWER" display will show the number of the
first programme used and the other appliance displays will show the programme memorised settings, the
number of the programme will flash.
If no programme is used the bottom of the "LOWER" display will show "-" flashing and
will switch off.
3. Press and release the "INCREASE" or "DECREASE" key within 15 s to select the programme number.
4. Press and release the "START/STOP" key within 15 s: the programme number will stay fixed on and the
programme will be started up.
To prematurely leave procedure, operate as follows:
5. Press and release the "PROGRAMMES" key or do not operate for 15 s (the programme will not be started
up).
Interrupt a programme
To interrupt a programme, operate as follows:
6. Hold the "START/STOP" key pressed down for 1 s: the buzzer will be activated for 3 s, the LED "TIMER" will
go off and the bottom of the "UPPER" display will flash "End" for 3 s.
