∙ Hygiene: Please always clean the device to avoid bacteria and
mold formation.
Cleaning
Attention! Pull the plug before cleaning and allow
∙
the device to cool down.
∙ Never immerse the unit into water.
∙ Do not use abrasives, oven spray or solvents.
∙ Pull the sealing ring out of the lid and remove all cooking resi-
dues. Then properly insert the sealing ring back into the cover.
If no pressure builds up in the device during the next operation,
check that the sealing ring is seated correctly.
∙ Rinse the pressure release valve and the condensate container
and insert them completely into the cover.
∙ Wipe the housing with a damp cloth and a little washing-up
liquid.
∙ Make sure that there are no residues on the heating plate and
the bottom of the cooking pot so that the regulation is not
affected.
∙ The accessories can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Workplace
Important:
Never place this device on or next to hot surfaces (e.g. hot sto-
ves). Only use it on a even, stable and a heat resisting surface. It is
important that no inflammable items are near to the device. Do
not place the device on the edge of the table so that it cannot be
touched by children or fall down when touched.
