8.2 Alignment example
1. Make floor markings using the plumb bob on the
vehicle, and align the SCT 415 S52 accordingly.
2. Mark the floor for alignment. Place the SCT 415 S52
in front of the vehicle.
3. Center the SCT 415 S52 between the left (F) and
right (E) marking on the floor, using the inspection
glass in the base plate as a reference.
4. At the same time, slowly move the base plate until
the two pointers in the base plate opening point to
the line G-H.
