Instructions for reprogramming
flashing sequence:
Stored flashing sequences:
P1 Single flash
(180ms ON; 310ms OFF)
P2 Double flash
(180ms ON; 80ms OFF;

40ms ON; 190ms OFF)
Type approval for these
flashing sequences only
P3 Triple flash
(70ms ON; 50ms OFF; 70ms ON;
50ms OFF; 70ms ON; 180ms OFF)
Synchronization of two, three
or four warning lamps:
1. Connect programming lead
(yellow) to + (power supply)
2. Warning lamp exits from flashing
mode, after approx. 2 s the
lamp flashes for approx. 1 s.
3. Flashing sequence (1) is selected
if the yellow lead is now
disconnected from the power
supply
P4 Quadruple flash
(50ms ON; 30ms OFF; 50ms ON;
30ms OFF; 50ms ON; 30ms OFF;
50ms ON; 200ms OFF)
P5 Single flash
(250ms shift in relation to
sequence 1)
P6 Double flash
(250ms shift in relation to
sequence 2)
P7 Triple flash
(250ms shift in relation to
sequence 3)
P8 Quadruple flash
(250ms shift in relation to
sequence 4)
1. Connect synchronization leads
(green) together
4. If the programming lead remains
connected to the power supply,
the electronic control selects
after each flashing cycle the
next higher flashing sequence.
If the final flashing sequence
has been reached, programming
mode is automatically terminated.
P9 The maximum switch-on time
for this flashing sequence is 2 s
Connect synchronization lead
(green) to - (earth) Connect +
power supply (white) to positive
lead on universal flasher unit
P10 Customer-specific flashing
sequences can be stored from
program location 10 onwards
2. Flashing sequences 1- 4 and
customer specific flashing
sequences from program location
10 onwards can be synchronized
to the same flashing sequence
