ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Attach the front stabilizer (20) to the front part of the main frame (1) with 2 carriage bolts (4), 2 flat
washers (17) and 2 domed nuts (59).
Attach the rear stabilizer (2) to the rear part of the main frame (1) with 2 carriage bolts (4), 2 flat
washers (17) and 2 domed nuts (59).
Step 2
Insert front post (32) into main frame (1) through the decorative cover (22). Connect upper sensor cable
(54) and lower sensor cable (52). Fix front post (32) to main frame (1) with each 5 curved washers (3),
spring washers (16) and allen bolts (24).Slide down the decorative cover (22).
Step 3
Connect upper sensor cable (54) and upper pulse cables (53) to the cables from the back of computer
(46) accordingly. Attach computer (46) to the top bracket of front post (32) and secure with four cross-
head screws (45) which are pre-assembled on the back of computer (46).
Step 4
Insert handlebars (40) into the holes of the front post cover (56) and attach it to front post (32), tighten
with 2 sets of flat washers (17) and hex head bolts (31). Connect upper pulse cables (53) to lower
pulse cables (57).
Attach front post cover (55) to front post (32), secure with two self-tapping screws (33, pre-assembled
on the front post cover (55)) and two cross-head screws (41, pre-assembled on the front post (32)).
Step 5
Fix left pedal tube (8) on disc (78) with one flat washer (97), D type washer (11), flat washer (10), ch-
romed end cap (9) and allen screw (12).
Slide left bottom handlebar tube (26) into left pedal tube (8). Line up the holes and insert the bolt (14)
and sleeve (99) accordingly. Then secure with 1 set of flat washer (17) and nylon nut (18). Mount de-
corative cover (29L) and decorative cover (29R) to the left pedal tube (8) using 3 self-tapping screws
(58).
One of the self-tapping screws is pre-assembled on the left pedal tube (8) and the other 2 self-tapping
screws are pre-assembled on right decorative cover (29R). Repeat this process for right pedal tube
(51).
