ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 6
Insert left top handlebar tube (36, marked with "L") into left bottom handlebar tube (26), tighten with 2
sets of nuts (34) and allen bolts (35). Repeat for right top handlebar tube (47, marked with "R").
Step 7
Attach left pedal (7) to left pedal tube (8), secure with 2 sets of hex head bolts (6), spacers (23) and
club knobs (13). Repeat for right pedal (50).
Step 8
Connect the adapter jack to rear part of main frame (1) as shown.
MAKE SURE THAT ALL BOLTS AND NUTS ARE PROPERLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING THE DEVICE!
Computer instructions
Before use, correctly connect the power adaptor. The computer will beep and turn on in manual
mode.
Program selection and value presetting
1. Use the UP- and DOWN-keys to select program mode and press ENTER to confirm selected
mode.
2. In manual mode, use the UP- and DOWN-keys to preset any value for TIME, DISTANCE, CA-
LORIES or PULSE.
3. Press the START/STOP-key to start exercise.
4. When a preset value is reached, the computer will beep and stop.
5. If more than one value is preset, press START/STOP-key to keep on exercising until the next
value is reached.
Sleep / Wake-up function
The monitor will enter SLEEP mode (LCD off) when there is no signal and no key pressed for 4 mi-
nutes. Touch the screen to wake up the monitor.
Functions and Features
TIME: Computer shows actual exercise time (max. 99:59 Min.). When no target value has been ente-
red, the time will count up from 0:00.
Preset a target time: You may preset a target time before starting a workout. The time will then count
down and multiple sound beeps will be emitted when reaching 0:00.
