Intended use
The sliding table ST TKS 80 is intended to be
used as a sliding mechanism for sawing cross
and angled cuts with a bench-mounted circular
saw TKS 80 EBS.
The user is liable for improper or non-
intended use.

ning of the Operating Instructions.

Assembly
The sliding table ST TKS 80 consists of a guide
rail [1-2] that is fitted on the left-hand side of
the TKS 80 EBS and a slide [1-3] that runs on
the guide rail [1-2].
4.1
Removable leg
WARNING
Risk of accidents due to tilting power tool
► Always use the removable leg in conjunc­
tion with the sliding table.
► Make sure that the removable leg and the
foldaway legs of the bench-mounted
circular saw are stable.
Fitting the removable leg
The removable leg [2-1] is fitted to
the TKS 80 EBS before the guide rail is fitted.
► Loosen the rotary knob screws [2-2].
► Place the removable leg [2-1] on the rotary
knob screws [2-2].
► Tighten the rotary knob screws [2-2].
4.2
Installing the guide rail
► Insert plastic holders [3-1] at position
markings for the plastic holder [3-3] from
behind and push upwards.
► Insert the guide rail [3-5] into the V-
profile [3-4] from above at an angle so that
the Allen screw [3-7] is at the position
marking for the guide rail [3-6]. Therefore,
two rotary knob screws of the guide
rail [3-8] are located above both holes of
the plastic holders [3-2].
The guide rail [3-5] has three rotary
knob screws [3-8] and can therefore
be fixed in two positions: Protrusion at
the back or front.
► Swivel the guide rail [3-5] downwards.
► Screw on the guide rail [3-5] with rotary
knob screws [3-8].

Fitting the slide
► Push the slide [4-3] with rollers [4-2] onto
the guide rail [4-1] from the side.

Fitting the end stops
WARNING
Sliding table ST TKS 80 rolls off the guide
rail
Risk of accidents
► Screw on the end stops [5-1] to the two
ends of the groove.
4.5
Fitting the preset profile setting rail
Attach the preset profile setting rail [6-1] to the
V-profile of the slide [6-2].
