Open the box and take the product out.
Deploy the front and back legs to this
position.
Take the seat up by turning the wrench
counter clockwise. Once the seat is in
the desired position, tighten the wrench
clockwise.
Deploy the pedals until they are in a
perpendicular position to the main body of
the machine, by pulling and then leaving
them in their natural position.
Adjust the resistance level with the wheel
placed in front of the seat to what intensity
you desire for your training.
