OPERATION

After you connected the effect to the mains, the EVO-Water starts running.

Stand Alone operation

In the Stand Alone mode, the EVO-
Water can be used without controller.
You can do without a controller as the
EVO-Water
microphone, which provides automatic
sound control.
Disconnect the EVO-Water from the
controller and set the DIP-switch 10
and 11 to On (Master-Mode only DIP-
switch 10 to ON).
Put the Dip-switch in the sound mode
and adjust the sensitivity of the
activated sound by turning the MIC
SENSITIVITY-button.

Terminal

Building a serial DMX-chain: At the last
fixture, the DMX-cable has to be
terminated with a 120
the DIP-switch no. 12 of the last
projector to On.

Master/Slave-operation

The master/slave-operation enables
that
synchronized and controlled by one
master-device.
On the rear panel of the EVO-Water
you can find an XLR-jack (DMX Out)
and an XLR-plug (DMX In), which can
be
used
devices.
Choose the device which is to control
the effects. This device then works as
master-device and controls all other
slave-devices,
connected to the master-device via a
balanced microphone lead. Connect
the DMX OUT-jack with the DMX IN-
plug of the next device.
Set DIP-switch, as in the table listed
under Master Mode, for the master-
device. Set DIP-switch No. 1 to On for
all slave-devices.
