    Sicherheit Sicherheitshinweise ACHTUNG! Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig beim Umgang mit gefährlicher Netzspannung. Bei die- ser Spannung können Sie einen lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlag erhalten! Dieses Gerät hat das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen. Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, muss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise und die Warnvermerke unbedingt beachten, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung enthalten sind.
  • Page 7 Dieses Gerät ist für professionelle Anwendungen, z. B. auf Bühnen, in Diskotheken, Theatern etc. vorgesehen. Lichteffekte sind nicht für den Dauerbetrieb konzipiert. Denken Sie daran, dass konsequente Betriebspausen die Lebensdauer des Gerätes erhöhen. Das Gerät darf niemals ohne Lampe in Betrieb genommen werden! Vermeiden Sie Erschütterungen und jegliche Gewaltanwendung bei der Installation oder Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes.

    Installation Einsetzen/Wechseln der Lampe LEBENSGEFAHR! Lampe nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät einsetzen! Netzstecker ziehen! Remove the screws X, Y and Z for re-lamping WARNING! Disconnect the fixture from AC power before re-lamping. Lamp is hot! Risk of fire! Protect hands and eyes. Wait at least 15min.

    fokussieren Sie den Lichtstrahl auf einer ebenen Oberfläche (Wand). Zentrieren Sie den "Hot Spot" (d. i. der hellste Teil des Lichtstrahls) durch Drehen der Schrauben "A, B, C". Drehen Sie immer nur an einer Schraube, um den Hot Spot diagonal über die Projektion zu bewegen. Wenn Sie keinen Hot Spot entdecken können, justieren Sie die Lampe so lange, bis das Licht gleichmäßig verteilt ist.

    das neue Gobo ein. Drücken Sie den Sprengring zusammen und setzen Sie ihn vor das Gobo. Projektormontage LEBENSGEFAHR! Bei der Installation sind insbesondere die Bestimmungen der BGV C1 (vormals VBG 70) und DIN VDE 0711-217 zu beachten! Die Installation darf nur vom autorisierten Fachhan- del ausgeführt werden! Die Aufhängevorrichtungen des Projektors muss so gebaut und bemessen sein, dass sie 1 Stunde lang ohne dauernde schädliche Deformierung das 10-fache der Nutzlast aushalten kann.
  • Page 11 Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass die Montagefläche mindestens die 10-fache Punktbelastung des Eigengewichtes des Projektors aushalten kann. BRANDGEFAHR! Achten Sie bei der Installation des Gerätes bitte darauf, dass sich im Abstand von mind. 0,5 m keine leicht entflammbaren Materialien (Deko, etc.) befinden. ACHTUNG! Montieren Sie den Projektor ausschließlich über zwei geeignete Haken.

Belegung der XLR-Verbindung: Wenn Sie die empfohlenen FUTURELIGHT-Controller verwenden, können Sie den DMX-Ausgang des Controllers direkt mit dem DMX-Eingang des ersten Gerätes der DMX-Kette verbinden. Sollen DMX- Controller mit anderen XLR-Ausgängen angeschlossen werden, müssen Adapterkabel verwendet werden.

    Werden mehrere MH-860 auf eine Adresse definiert, arbeiten sie synchron. Vorgehensweise: 1.     Fernsteuerbare Funktionen Lampe Der MH-860 wird mit einer OSRAM HSR 575/2 95 V/575 W GX-9,5 oder PHILIPS MSR 575/2 95 V/575 W GX-9,5, MSD 575 95 V/575 W GX-9,5 Lampe betrieben. Ein Relais im Projektor ermöglicht die Schaltung der Lampe über das Control Board am Projektorkopf oder über den angeschlossenen Controller.

    Lichtaustritt stufenlos von 0-100 % dimmen. Lüfter Der MH-860 wird über zwei Axiallüfter im Projektorkopf und einen in der Base gekühlt. Die Lüfter- geschwindigkeit (und damit natürlich auch das Geräusch) kann stufenlos geregelt werden und lässt sich für leise Vorführungen auf ein Minimum reduzieren.

    Mit dieser Funktion können Sie das Demonstrationsprogramm des Projektors aktivieren. So lassen sich einige der Möglichkeiten des MH-860 ohne externen Controller vorführen. Drücken Sie die Up-/Down- Tasten, um die Sequenzen „Mod1“ oder „Mod2“ auszuwählen. Die Sequenzen unter „Mod1“ eignen sich besonders für Projektionen an der Wand, Decke oder auf dem Boden, ohne dass der Kopf sich bewegt.
  • Page 20 - Automatische Lampenschaltung Über dieses Menü können Sie die automatische Lampenschaltung sowie das Abschalten des Lichtsensors steuern. - Lampenschaltung nach dem Einschalten Mit dieser Funktion kann das Gerät so programmiert werden, dass die Lampe automatisch zündet, sobald Sie das Gerät einschalten. Wenn die Lampe automatisch gezündet werden soll, wählen Sie über die Up-/Down-Tasten "ON"...

Never lift the fixture by holding it at the projector-head, as the mechanics may be damaged. Always hold the fixture at the transport handles. Ensure that the structure (truss) to which you are attaching the fixtures is secure.

    Occupation of the XLR-connection: If you are using the recommended FUTURELIGHT-controllers, you can connect the DMX-output of the controller directly with the DMX-input of the first fixture in the DMX-chain. If you wish to connect DMX- controllers with other XLR-outputs, you need to use adapter-cables.

    MH-860 will respond to the controller. If you set, for example, the address to channel 5, the MH-860 will use the channel 5 to 20 for control. Please, be sure that you don’t have any overlapping channels in order to control each MH-860 correctly and independently from any other fixture on the DMX data link.

    V/575 W GX-9,5, MSD 575 95 V/575 W GX-9,5 lamp. A relay inside of the MH-860 allows you to switch on and off the lamp via the Control Board on the top side or via your controller without affecting the rest of the lighting.

    The MH-860 is cooled by three axial fans - one each in the projector head and one in the base. The speed of the fan (and of course the noise) can be continuously reduced if very quiet performance is required.

    - Reset Function Press [Enter] key to run reset. This option enables the MH-860 to index all effects (functions) and return to their standard positions. SPEC -Special functions Use the [Up] and [Down] keys to browse through the special functions and select the one by pressing [Enter].

    This message appears if you try to switch on the lamp within 5 minutes after having switched it off (the lamp is too hot). The message will appear on the display if the lamp doesn't ignite within 28 seconds. The MH-860 will store this information and automatically ignite the lamp when the 5 minutes period has expired.
  • Page 49 The ignition of the lamp is seven times unsuccessful (the HEAt message appeared six times before), and the display shows "LAEr", meaning that the lamp could be damaged or even missed, the fixture is overheating (this can occur if the ambient temperature is 45° C or more) or there could be a failure on the ignitor or ballast.
