FUSE CHECK/REPLACEMENT/RESET
1.
Drive the machine on a level ground and engage the parking brake.
2.
Turn the ignition key (72) to "0".
3.
Open the hood (42).
4.
Disconnect the battery connector (46).
Fuse check/replacement
5.
Remove the fuse box cover (49).
6.
Check/replace the relevant fuse among the following (Fig. 23):
•
F1 fuse (25 A): Main fuse (ignition switch circuit)
•
F2 fuse (25 A): Filter shaker motor
•
F3 fuse (40 A): Manual vacuum system (optional)
•
F4 fuse (10 A): Horn and pivoting light
•
F5 fuse (10 A): Working light (optional)
•
F6 fuse (10 A): Side broom motors
•
F7 fuse (25 A): Spare
•
F8 fuse (10 A): Spare
Fuse check
7.
Check one of the following fuses (50 and 51) (Fig. 23) for deactivation:
FA main broom/vacuum fan motor circuit breaker (30 A)
FT drive system fuse (30 A)
Reset any deactivated fuse, when the component that caused deactivation has fully cooled down.
8.
Close the hood (42).
