The time meter will indicate that the lamp must be replaced as follows:
- From hour position 0672; the display will blink every second. The lamp is to be
replaced in 4 weeks' time.
- From hour position 0336; the display will blink every half second; The lamp needs to
be replaced in 2 weeks' time.
- From hour position 0168; the display will blink every ¼ second; The lamp needs to be
replaced in 1 week's time.
- At an hour position of 0000; the digits will blink continuously, and the meter will not
continue to count down. The lamp needs to be replaced.
Adjusting dosing pump (dP)

Pressing the button 1 x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu, where first Hr will
appear on the display. If you now briefly press the button again, dP will appear. By now
pressing the button for 3 seconds, you will enter the menu of the dosing pump.
In the dP menu, you will be able to select from 24 pump positions by briefly pressing
the button. This will enable you to set the number of seconds that the dosing pump
must be active for every hour of the day. As there are 24 hours in a day, you will also be
able to enter the number of seconds 24 times. These positions are linked to the real-
time clock. Position 01 is 1 a.m. at night, and position 20 is 8 p.m. (20:00 hrs) in the
evening. As soon as you have reached the position (i.e. time) you would like to select,
it is possible to confirm this by again pressing the button for 3 seconds. If you then
briefly press the button, you will be able to switch between UP and dn with the
position (hour) behind it (UP00 is midnight).
UP: By briefly pressing the pushbutton, the timer value can be increased from 0
seconds up to a maximum value of 120 seconds in steps of 1 second. If you keep the
pushbutton pressed down for 3 seconds, you will be able to continue setting the other
pump positions. Ten seconds after the pushbutton has been released, the system will
start with the values you have indicated.
dn: By briefly pressing the pushbutton, the timer value can be decreased down to a
minimum value of 0 seconds in steps of 1 second. If you hold the pushbutton down for
3 seconds, you will be able to continue setting the other pump positions. Ten seconds
after the pushbutton has been released, the system will start with the values you have
indicated.
• 1 sec = 0,5 cc
based on a viscosity (liquid thickness) equal to water
• Max. dosage time: 120 sec. per hour
With this time switch, it is also possible to modify the dosing times; For example, you
have the option of dosing for 10 seconds one hour, and for 30 seconds the next hour.
Adjusting UV Lamp (Uv)

To switch on the UV-lamp, set the full hours for which the lamp should be on.
Pressing the button 1 x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu, where first Hr will
appear on the display. If you now briefly press the button again, dP will appear. For Uv
press the button briefly once again. By now pressing the button for 3 seconds, you will
enter the menu of the UV lamp.
In the Uv menu, you will be able to select from 24 UV positions by briefly pressing the
button. This will enable you to set the UV lamp On or Off for every hour of the day. As
there are 24 hours in a day. These positions are linked to the real-time clock. Position
01 is 1 a.m. at night, and position 20 is 8 p.m. (20:00 hrs) in the evening. As soon as you
have reached the position (i.e. time) you would like to select, it is possible to confirm
this by again pressing the button for 3 seconds. If you then briefly press the button,
you will be able to switch between On and OFF. By pressing the button again for 3
seconds you have selected On or OFF and you can continue to the next position until
all positions are entered.
Setting the clock (tSEt)

Pressing the button 1 x 3 seconds will take you to the main menu, where Hr will first
appear on the display. Then briefly press the button again 3 times, after which tSEt
will appear. Pressing the button once again for 3 seconds will take you to the clock menu.
In this menu, it is possible to modify the hours of the day in steps of one hour by briefly
pressing the button. As soon as you have reached the correct hour, press the button for
3 seconds. You will then be able to adjust the minutes. The minutes will increase by 1
minute each time the button is briefly pressed. If the button is pressed for a longer
period of time, the minutes will start running faster. Release the pushbutton as soon
as the correct time is shown on the display. Ten seconds after the pushbutton has been
released, the correct time has been entered and the UV-C replacement time will again
be indicated.
ATTENTION: The clock only operates in 24-hour format.
Dismantling / Maintenance
Always switch off the power supply during maintenance/dismantling of the device.
The device must be cleaned twice a year. If there is an increase in algae and/or scale,
the quartz glass tube (M) in which the lamp is positioned must be cleaned. The special
lamp must be replaced at the latest after 4.500 operating hours. The stainless steel
interior can be cleaned with a soft brush.

As these parts are very fragile, caution is essential.
3 Carefully remove the quartz glass

Never use force!
4 Clean the quartz glass with a suitable agent. Always use a soft cloth to clean the glass
in order to prevent scratches.
5 Pay attention to the correct position of the 3 sealing rings

the inlet

6 Carefully replace the lamp in the quartz glass and connect the lamp
holder

7 The electrical unit of the device is situated in the display box
display box is glued and cannot be opened. If the electrical unit or the display is
replaced, the entire box must be unscrewed and the wiring must be disconnected
from the device (see drawing 1). Unscrew the screw top

carefully retained, as they are not supplied with a new housing or electrical unit. In
case of any doubt with regard to the connection, consult a recognised fitter.
