SuperFish UVC Master 75000
Please read through these instructions for use carefully before installing this device.
Operation
In the UVC Master 75000, a UVC radiation with a wavelength of 253.7 nm is generated
by the special UV lamp, ensuring a lethal effect on bacteria (including Legionella
bacteria). The UVC Master 75000 will ensure that your pond water is clean, fresh and
clear in an efficient and environmentally-friendly manner. The water is led through the
UVC device via a pump. The UVC radiation neutralises bacteria, viruses and other
primitive organisms and stops them from multiplying. The UVC Master 75000 has a
built-in high-frequency electronic ballast, which absorbs current fluctuations, thereby
protecting the lamp. The UVC Master 75000 has an integrated control panel. With this
panel, you can see when the lamp needs to be replaced. You can also adjust the running
hours of the lamp.
The UVC Master 75000 is fitted with the ideal peristaltic pump for the dosing of a liquid
solution into the piping system of your pond. The neoprene hose makes it possible to
add various types of chemical solutions to the water of your pond.
A dosage of up to 60 cc an hour is possible. In addition, it is possible to change the
dosage every hour by operating the push button underneath the display.
In addition, the stainless steel interior ensures the reflection of the UVC rays, thereby
increasing the efficiency up to 35%. Thanks to the UVC Master 75000, your pond water
will be disinfected efficiently and safely, and the quality of your water will remain
excellent. Fitted with universal connectors. The device can be connected by means of
a PVC tube. During the frost-free period the device is used 24 hours a day, so as to
achieve an optimal result. Thanks to the UVC Master device your pond water will
become clear within 14 days and your Koi will be in peak condition.
Advantages of UVC treatment:
• Makes the pond water clear again

Safety
This device produces harmful radiation. Direct contact could impair the eyes
and skin. Only check the operation of the UVC lamp through the transparent
components of the unit.
- Unintended use of the device or damage to the housing may lead to the escape of
hazardous UVC radiation. Even in small doses, UVC radiation could cause injury to the
eyes and skin.
- Always insert the plug of the device into an earthed socket fitted with a protective cover.
- Always comply with the electricity company's regulations with regard to any
permanent connection to the mains. If there is any doubt regarding the connection,
consult a recognised electrician or the electricity company. Always work with an
earth leakage current circuit-breaker (max. 30mA).
- If water treatment products or medication are used, the device must be switched off.
- Always remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any maintenance or
repair work on the unit. Never insert the plug / pull the plug from the socket when
you are standing in water or if your hands are wet.
- This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and know-how,
unless they are under supervision or are instructed on the use of the device by a
person responsible for their safety.
- Keep children away from this device and from the cable.
- The cable of the device cannot be replaced. The complete electrical unit of he device
must be replaced if there is any damage to the power cable. Never remove the plug,
but always leave the electrical unit intact. An electrical unit with the plug removed
will no longer be covered by the guarantee.
- Never submerge this device in water.
- Never install the unit in an area subject to full sunlight.
- Only install the device in a dry and well-ventilated area.
- Once the device has been switched off, the lamp will remain hot for approximately
10 minutes.
- Do not use the device if any of the components are damaged (this particularly applies
to the quartz glass).
- Remove the device if there is any risk that it might freeze during the winter months.
- The stainless steel housing of the device is not suitable for salt water baths with a
high salt content. If the salt content is too high, the stainless steel will oxidise, and
this will result in damage to the housing. Always position the device immediately
behind the filter.
- This product may only be used according to the guidelines described in this manual.
- If the device is used in combination with Inproxide, chlorine or any other products,

Installation of the UVC device (Drawing 2, manual B)
Determine where the device will be installed. The ideal location to install your device
is immediately behind the filter. The installation must always take place outside of the
pond. Ensure that there is always water flowing through the unit when the lamp is on.
Never install the unit in an area exposed to full sunlight. The installation must always
take place in a dry and well-ventilated area. The device must be fitted in the vertical
position, and a space of 30 cm must be available underneath to carry out maintenance.
An area of approx. 1.5 m must be available at the top in order to be able to replace the
lamp (K) smoothly without having to dismantle the complete device.
