7.3.12 Replacing the firebox cladding (firebricks)
► Open the firebox door.
► Loosen the set screw (Fig. 49).
► Lift the fire grate out of the opening (Fig. 49).
► Remove the fire grate from the firebox (Fig. 49).
► Slide the firebrick retainer upward (Fig. 50).
► Slide the firebrick retainer forward (Fig. 51).
► Carefully remove the top firebrick from the retainer as shown
(Fig. 52).
► Remove the two firebricks at the side (Fig. 53).
► Remove the back firebrick (Fig. 54).
9 Reinstall the parts in the reverse order.
