HWAM 2630/HWAM 2640
Connection through the rear plate of the stove (uppermost fresh air hole)
1. Lift the top plate (A1) and grate (A2) off the stove.
2. Remove the two screws (A3) and lift off the rear plate (A4).
3. Remove the air box lid (A5) from the backward-facing connector bush on the air box (A6).
4. Mount the flexi-hose (A7) on the backward-facing connector bush on the air box (A6) and fasten it
with the strap (A8). Remember to pull the insulation sleeve (A9) on to the flexi-hose. If needed, the
insulation sleeve can be attached with a cable fastener (A10).
5. Mount the air box lid (A5) on the downward-facing connector bush on the air box (B1) to ensure
air tightness in the air box.
6. Mount the rear plate (A4) on the stove.
7. Replace the top plate (A1) and grate (A2) on the stove.
Connection through the rear plate of the wood section (the lowermost fresh air hole).
1. Cut off the insulation sleeve (B4) at an angle of approx. 30 degrees and pull the insulation sleeve onto
the flexi-hose (B2). Place the flexi-hose on the downward-facing connector bush (B1) so the cut off
angle of the insulation sleeve is near the connector bush. Tighten the flexi-hose to the connector
bush with the clamp. (B3). Pull the insulation sleeve all the way up to the connector bush and fasten
it with the cable fastener (B7).
2. break off the pre-cut plate (B5) and lead the flexi-hose through the opening.
Connection through the bottom plate of the wood section (fresh air supply from the bottom).
1. Pull the insulation sleeve (B4) onto the flexi-hose (B2). Place the flexi-hose on the downward-facing
connector bush of the air box (B1) and tighten it with the clamp (B3). Pull the insulation sleeve all
the way up to the connector bush and fasten it with the cable fastener (B7).
2. Break off the pre-cut plate (B6) in the wood section bottom plate and lead the flexi-hose through
the opening.
