Connecting electrical devices

• If you use an extension cable, please follow the instructions on extension
cables (see chapter "Safety instructions").
• Connect the mains plugs of the electrical devices to the sockets
only one electrical device to each socket.
• Push the overload protection switch
• Switch on the electrical devices one after the other if you are using both the
sockets.

Voltmeter

− Read the output voltage on the voltage display
− If the displayed voltage is low, look for the fault (see chapter "Troubleshooting"
and "Overload protection").

Overload protection

The sockets of the power generator comes with overload protection, which
switches off the sockets if the load is too high or in case the connected
electrical devices malfunction. If the overload protection switches off the sockets
automatically:
• Switch off the connected electrical devices.
• Unplug the mains plug from the socket
• Compare the continuous and maximum power values of the electrical devices
with those of the power generator (see chapter "Technical data").
• Check if there is a fault in one of the electrical devices.
• Connect the electrical devices (see chapter "Connecting electrical devices").
• Switch on the sockets by pushing the overload protection switch
to the "ON" position.
• Switch off the power generator immediately if the overload protection switches
off the sockets again (see chapter "Switching off the power generator").
• Look for the fault (see chapter "Troubleshooting").
