1) INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
2) Thermal disinfection system for sanitary hot water installations with programmable logic controller
3) PRECAUTIONS FOR USE (The product guarantee depends on compliance with these instructions)
ASSEMBLY AND USE
For products delivered with filters, these must be installed in accordance with the instructions.
Before commissioning any of our valves, it is essential to carefully drain the pipes that can damage the mechanisms or water
passages (PRESTO® heads that can be dismantled from front).
Recommended operating pressure according to NF EN 816: 1 to 5 bars.
CLEANING
The chrome-plated coating of PRESTO® valves must be cleaned only with soapy water.
Abrasive, acid, alkaline or ammonia-based household products are prohibited.

PRINCIPLE FOR THE CONTROL OF SHOWERS ......................................................................................
This automatic control system is designed to prevent potential development of legionellosis in sanitary lukewarm water networks (40 °C).
The techniques used are thermal shock and/or regular rinsing of the installation to prevent water stagnation.
The thermal shock is carried out by raising the temperature set point of the hot water production specific to the installation (ideally 80°C). The
thermostatic mixing valves are bypassed to distribute water at high temperature in the entire network.
The showers can then be opened automatically according to 4 separable groups in function of the capacity of the installation.
The system enables to programme the shocks and rinsing every week, it ensures the traceability of events and the safety of the
installation.
The automatic control system can manage up to 2 centralised mixing valves identified as A or B in this document.
A temperature sensor {TA or TB) placed after the mixing valves enables to supervise the temperature in normal operation, and to validate the
proper execution of shocks.
