5.2
Stages of a thermal shock:
The most complete thermal shock proceeds in the following manner, knowing that each stage is
optional or time adjustable. The shock will be listed as "successful" if the sequence anticipated by
the administrator proceeds normally. During each stage, the shock can be cancelled by pressing the
key
.
STAGE 1: PRE-HEATING
Its duration can be adjusted (Minimum 10min) and a
countdown indicates the time remaining. The monitoring of the
absence of users in the zone is activated and the system
requests for an increase in hot water production temperature
until end of the shock.
.
STAGE 2: BYPASS OF MIXING VALVES
Its duration is linked to the operating time of 3-way valves (1
min)
.
STAGE 3: PRE-CIRCULATION
The network is then fully fed according to the thermal shock
temperature. The duration of this stage is calculated by means
of temperature probes and objective time/temperature
parameters of the administrator. It can also simply rely on a
fixed duration without temperature control
.
STAGE 4: FLOW OF SHOWERS
Opening of shower groups together or successively with
duration calculated according to the temperature measurement
and time/temperature objectives. This phase can also
correspond to a simple adjustable time-out.
.
STAGE 5: LOOP DRAINING
Return to normal temperature of the network by opening 3-way
valves then adjustable time-out for the flow of the draining
solenoid valve.
During a shock with flow, this step lasts 30 min.
Adjust a flow time of the draining solenoid valve sufficiently
long to cool the installation.
Each shower group flows for 1 min.
During a shock without flow, this step lasts according to the inertia duration (Min 2 hours)
adjusted in the hardware configuration.
5.3
Stage of a rinsing:
The rinsing is made up of only one
stage during which the showers and/or
the draining valve of the looping are
open for a given time (adjustable).
A rinsing in progress can be cancelled by the key
A rinsing will be regarded as "successful" if it is executed normally over
the anticipated time.
