7.2 Extension cords
The use of extension cords is discouraged; try to position
machines near the power source. If an extension cord is
necessary, make sure it is in good condition.
An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in
loss of power and overheating.
Only use extension cords marked H07RN-F, with wires 1,5mm2
or more.
The total length of cord may not exceed 18 Meter
Extension cords and plugs must be free from defects.
8.0 Adjustments
8.1 Workpiece hold-down adjustments
The workpiece hold-down cylinders (K, Figure 8-1) must be
adjusted according to the profile to be clamped.
- For horizontal adjustment loosen lever (M).
- For vertical adjustment loosen lever (P).
After adjusting, confirm the proper workpiece clamping and
make sure the pneumatic cylinders (K) and support arms (N) are
firmly locked in place.

WARNING:
As requested by CE regulations, the machine is equipped with
double pneumatic clamping.
In order to avoid hand crushing, keep the clamping pad (O)
movement short.
Lower the pneumatic cylinder (K) as much as possible, as
profile to be clamped allows.
8.2 Turntable mitre adjustment
The turntable (C) is equipped with precise mitre indexing for
90° (S, Figure 8-2) and for +/- 45° (Q).
Lift the mitre select handle (R) to rotate the turntable (C).
