Note: The sawblade access cover is micro switch interlocked
(PP, Figure 8-4). The motor will not start until the cover is
installed again.
To change the saw blade:
Tools required:
- 41mm Spanner or adjustable spanner (V)
- 8mm Hex socket wrench (X).
Loosen the nut (W) in clockwise direction.
Remove nut (W), flange (Y) and sawblade (U).
Install new saw blade in reverse order.
Install sawblade access cover (G),

CAUTION:
Make sure blade teeth are pointing the correct direction.
Make sure the contacting surfaces are clean, to avoid runout
errors and machine vibration.
Make sure the blade is sharpened and in perfect order.
Make sure the saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut.
Use saw blades confirming to EN 847-1.

8.4 Blade up-stroke speed adjustment

Turn the rotate knob (E, Figure 8-5) in clockwise direction to
reduce the blade up-stroke speed or anticlockwise to increase.
