Visible congenital or traumatic deformity of the ear.

History of active drainage from the ear within the
previous 90 days.

History of sudden or rapidly progressive hearing
loss within the previous 90 days.
IV.
Acute or chronic dizziness.
V.
Unilateral hearing loss of sudden or recent onset
within the previous 90 days.
VI.
Audiometric air-bone gap equal to or greater than
15 dB at 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 2000 Hz.
VII. Visible evidence of significant cerumen
accumulation or a foreign body in the earcanal.
VIII. Pain or discomfort in the ear.
Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the
order of a doctor, audiologist or other hearing care
practitioner licensed to dispense hearing aids in your
state-in accordance with all applicable rules and
regulations.
Federal law permits a fully informed adult to sign a
waiver statement declining the medical evaluation for
religious or personal beliefs that preclude consultation
with a physician – in accordance with all applicable state
rules and regulations.
Maximum wearing time
Always follow the maximum wearing time per day of
the Tinnitus SoundSupport advised by your hearing care
professional. Prolonged use may lead to worsening of
your tinnitus or of your hearing loss.
