Restore Electrical Power to the Outlet Box by turning
the Electricity on at the Main Fuse Box or Circuit
Breaker Panel .
During Summer Months, run the Fan Counter-
Clockwise, as you look up at it, to direct airflow
downward .
During the Winter Months, run the Fan Clockwise, as
you look up at it, to direct airflow upward .
If airflow is desired in the opposite direction, turn the
Ceiling Fan OFF and wait for the Blades to stop turning .
Slide the Upper Housing up the Downrod to expose the
Reverse Switch (Figure 41) .
NOTE: The Reverse Switch is enclosed in a Rubber
Housing to protect from weather.
Slide the Reverse Switch to the opposite position .
Slide the Upper Housing back down so it rest on the
Fan Motor Housing (Figure 42) .
Turn the Ceiling Fan ON again .
The Fan Blades will turn in the opposite direction and
reverse the airflow .
