Cleaning of upholstery
Connect the upholstery nozzle to the handle
and at the same time insert the metal end of the
small tube into the coupling on the spray lever
(fig. B13). The nozzle is inserted properly if it is
not disengaged when pulled.
After mounting the attachments, press in this
order, ON-OFF switch 2 (fig. A7) and then
pump switch 4 (fig. B9).
Spray the cleaning solution by pressing the
spray lever (fig. B10).
To disassemble the upholstery nozzle, press
the coupling and pull out of the nozzle at the
same time (fig. B13).
To remember...
Never spray the cleaning solution in the direc-
tion of electrical sockets or other electrical
equipment.
If, after pressing the lever the solution is not
sprayed , check whether pump switch has
been switched on and that the solution filter is
fully immersed in the solution.
For improved shampooing, you can repeat the
operation after filling the container with pure
water.
Drying of the surface takes place during the
solution spraying operation but it is possible to
dry even further by passing the nozzle along
the surface without pressing the spray lever.
After cleaning and before putting the appliance
away, empty the containers from the cleaning
solution and in order to preserve the solution
spray circuit, add about 1 litre of pure water.
Press switches 2 and 4, then actuate the spray
lever until practically expelling all the water.
