Trolley assembly
Place the handle onto the trolley. Lock the
handle to the container with the black knob
(Fig. A1).
Float
When the water level in container has reached
the filling capacity, the float valve will automa-
tically stop the suction action. You will then
notice a distinctive noise and reduced perfor-
mance. When this occurs, switch off the unit
immediately. Empty the container. Let all mach-
ine parts dry thoroughly before fitting the motor
top.
Over heating cut-out
The appliance is automatically switched off if
the motor becomes overheated. In this case,
turn off the switches and leave the motor to cool
before reusing the appliance.
Instructions for use
Dry and wet/dry pick up
Check that the cartridge filter is properly fitted.
Insert the solution filter (6) in the pin under the
motor top (fig. A3).
Fasten the motor top to the tank using catches
(fig. A4). Make sure that the coupling (5) is
aligned with the hose connection.
Snap one end of the suction hose into the hose
connection and turn clockwise to lock it (fig.
A5). Couple the tubes (16) together and
connect them to the handle (14).
Connect a suitable nozzle, if nozzle 18 in fig. 1
is used, change insert according to the type of
floor you are cleaning (fig. A6)
Connect the plug to the mains outlet and press
the red on/off switch (fig. A7).
The appliance is provided with suction control,
to adjust intensity of suction, move slider (fig.A8)
for wet pick-up, close the suction control.
Always empty the container immediately after
use. Let all machine parts dry thoroughly befo-
re fitting the motor top.
Shampooing
Check that the surface is resistant to cleaning
solution and always vacuum clean them before
starting shampooing (see "Dry and wet/dry
pick up":

Fill the solution container (22) with water and
detergent mixed as specified by the manufac-
turer.
Introduce the container into the tank. Make
sure that the groove on the container is aligned
with the hose connection (fig. B2). Introduce
the solution filter into the lowest part of the
container (fig. B3).
Fasten the motor top to the tank using catches
(fig. A4). Make sure that the coupling (5) is
aligned with the hose connection.
Snap one end of the suction hose into the hose
connection and turn clockwise to lock it (fig.
A5).
Press the lever (25) into place on the handle
(fig. B4).
Insert the metal end of tube 23 into the quick
release coupling (5) of the motor top (fig.B5),
then secure the tube to the suction hose by
means of special clips (24).
Close the slider on the handle (fig. A8).
Floor shampooing
Turn the ring of the handle (27) in anti-clockwi-
se direction (fig. B6a) and make it run along one
of the two extension tubes in the direction
shown in fig. B6b. Lock the handle by turning
the ring clockwise.
Connect the extension tubes (16).
Connect the floor nozzle (28).
Insert the metal end of the tube from the floor
nozzle (28) into the coupling incorporated on
the spray lever (fig. B7).
For cleaning of hard floors, fit the adapter (29)
onto the floor nozzle (fig. B8).
After mounting the attachments, press in this
order, ON-OFF switch 2 (fig.A7) and then pump
switch 4 (fig. B9).
Spray the cleaning solution by pressing the
spray lever (fig. B10) and let the attachment
slide in the direction shown in fig. B11.
To disconnect the metal end of the tube coming
from the floor nozzle, excert a certain pressure
on the coupling of the spray lever (fig. B12a). To
disconnect the tube from the motor top, press
the push button on the coupling (fig. B12b).
