b. Wall-mounted monitor

1. Fix the wall-mounted support (2).
2. Connect the 2 wires coming from the roadside panel to the 2 power supply wires carefully observing the wiring
diagram and the power supply polarity.
3. Install the monitor (1) on its wall support (2) and secure the assembly with the 2 screws (3).
4. Only after having connected the roadside panel, connect the 230 V~ power supply to the adapter (4) (on an
installation compliant with standards in force, NFC 15-100 for France).

CONNECTING THE VIDEO DOOR PHONE

a. Connection
To avoid disturbance and malfunction risks, do not put the video door phone cable in the same sheath as electric
cables.
1. Carefully connect the devices according to wiring diagram.
2. Only 2 wires are necessary for all the functions:
ring tone, image, sound, control of an automatic gate opener and control of an electrical strike or lock.
Carefully observe the numbers of the wires between the monitor and the roadside panel (no polarity to observe
for the door-opener control).

Connecting the monitor to the roadside panel of the kit:

Any new connection must be performed with the adapter disconnected from the 230 V~ mains outlet.
b. Positioning the dip-switches on the back of the monitors
IMPORTANT
: Any modifications of the position of the dip-switches on the back of the main monitor and on
the back of the additional monitor must be validated by the disconnection, during 30 seconds, of the adapter.

The distance between the 2 monitors is limited to 25m of cable (5 X 0.75 mm2)

IMPORTANT
: DO NOT LET THE MONITOR HANG FROM THE WIRES.
To facilitate the assembly of the grid you can carefully disconnect the 2 plugs coming from the monitor. Without
forgetting to put them back before hanging and screwing the support on the monitor.
Do not disconnect the mini-connectors by pulling the wires but by releasing the body of the connectors.
Additional camera WEVPPL JCHTOUCH SER-R1 :
IMPORTANT :
After connecting the second camera, it is important to cut off the electricity supply to the system
for 30 seconds and then press on the call button for this board so that it is recognised by the main monitor.
c. Connecting an electric strike or a lock
If an electrical lock or strike is added to the installation, connect it to the terminals
roadside panel
IMPORTANT
: This function can only be used if the screen is switched on and by pressing the key
release it (the screen switches off a few seconds and switches on again).
It is advisable to use an EXTEL strike or lock with call memory, it will remain unlocked after the end of the electric
pulse.
