2. Transport and storage
Transport
Safety equipment can be transported without
special precautions. Damage must be avoided.
DANGER
Do not put any damaged safety devices into
operation.
Storage
The safety devices can be stored in any
position (orientation).
To prevent any contamination entering the
safety devices, it is essential to seal the gas
connection and the bleed points.
Safety devices must be kept in a cool, dry
place, protected from direct sunlight.
They can remain in storage for up to
12 months. If a safety device is to be stored
for longer than 12 months, this must be
coordinated with HYDAC.
The devices can be stored in their packaging.
