Sport mode

 From the clock display, tap on the
touch fi eld six times or press the se-
lection button six times to navigate
to the sport mode menu.
 Press and hold the selection button
to open the selection menu.
You can select one of the following
modes:
− Running
− Jogging
− Climbing
− Cycling
− Swimming

Before using the fi tness watch in wa-
ter, please switch on underwater mode
(see "7.11. Additional settings" on page
112).
