DiTemp with programmable switching outputs (optional)
WARNING! Risk of injury or material damage!
Since the measuring instruments are supplied with battery power, do not use this meas-
uring system as an active process control, as frequent switching can reduce the battery's
service life.
Applies to the explosive atmosphere version:
The switching output of the thermometer should only be operated within a certified intrinsi-
cally safe circuit.
The connector can be disconnected in explosive atmospheres due to the certified intrinsically
safe circuit. This applies to the connector of the measuring sensor and the connector of the
switching output.
The DiTemp can be optionally equipped with programmable switching contacts. This addi-
tional function allows simple "on-site" switching-point programming.
Use the supplied magnetic pen to carry out programming. The magnetic pen ensures that
accidental or unauthorised reprogramming is not possible.
