I. PRECAUTIONS
•
It is forbidden to use the device if it is damaged or defective.
•
The device should not be used by persons with physical or mental disabilities or children or persons
with insufficient experience, and/or insufficient knowledge.
•
The device must be kept away from children.
•
To prevent injuries, always be careful with the maintenance of the device, particularly with the
maintenance of the blades.
•
When cleaning or servicing the device, please take into consideration all possible hazards - residual
risks.

III. APPLICATION
The sausage stuffer is intended for stuffing sausages with meat batter.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is to be paid by the user!
IV. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept
horizontal and stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in
case of a problem, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition.
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
1.
Wash the parts which come into contact with food thoroughly, arrange the funnel and fasten the casing
link on the funnel.
2.
Fix the stuffer to the working table using supplied clamps.
3.
Put the handle in the big gear-axle and turn it clockwise to remove the piston from the cylinder.
4.
Pull out the cylinder, add material into it.
5.
Put the cylinder back again and fix the outlet funnel.
6.
Fix the handle on the small gear-axle and turn it clockwise in order to put the piston in the cylinder.
7.
Turn the handle, the material will be in the casing, do it constantly until the material is used up.
8.
Perform operation 2 again.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device thoroughly every day to ensure correct operation and longevity of the equipment. Clean
the surfaces with water and soap, alcohol, detegents without abrasives or substances based on chorine or
soda (chlorine water, muriatic acid). Never use abrasives, steel wool, or similar products as they may damage
the paint, the coat or the machine body.
