The device should not share the mains supply with other equipment that can generate
rapid and destructive overvoltage surges. The ideal situation is for the device to have its
own separate power line and dedicated circuit breaker. In situations of surges in the power
supply due to direct or indirect lightning strikes, the device may shut down. Try a reset, and
if it still fails to start, contact your authorised service centre.
The device should not be used close to placed upon other equipment. In cases where this
cannot be avoided, check that the device is working properly in the configuration in which
it is used.
TR A N S P O R T A N D H A N D LI N G
During transport and handling, the device must be kept strictly in a vertical position,
following the indications on the packaging. The manufacturer declines all liability for problems
due to transport conducted in conditions other than those specified.

Warning: Before fitting the device, make sure that the position chosen is suitable to
contain it and that proper ventilation is ensured.
The device is set into a compartment inside a vehicle, and must be secured in place by fixing
the stainless-steel frame (flange) to the sides of the compartment using eight 5.5 mm diameter
self-tapping screws with flat countersunk heads, as shown in the figure.
Warning: After installation and before operating the device, check its stability and that
is is properly anchored to the vehicle.
