Depending on the charging state of the battery, the device adapts the charging current in order to best charge the connected
battery. The specifi ed maximum charging current is only used during the main charging phase. Shortly before the full charging
capacity is achieved, the device switches to a lower charging current. This ensures that the battery is gently and optimally charged
to full capacity.
The animated battery symbol (Position 17 in the overview) as shown in the display indicates that the battery is being charged.

Battery maintenance charge mode
As soon as the battery is fully charged, the charger switches automatically over to battery
maintenance charge mode. This is indicated appropriately on the display.
Fehlermeldungen
No battery connected, battery incorrectly connected, battery voltage does not match the set
charging programme. Connect the battery correctly, select the appropriate charging programme.
The battery voltage 4 minutes after the start of charging is less than 11 V, the battery was not
fully charged after 24 hours of charging time, the battery voltage drops 2 minutes after end of
charging to below 12 V. The battery is defective.
Overheating of the charger. Pull the plug, disconnect the battery from the charger and allow the
charger to cool down.
