DEAR CUSTOMER,
The subject brochure is intended to familiarise you with the opera-
tion of your battery charger. It is in your own interest to read the
brochure carefully and follow the instructions given exactly - so as
to prevent malfunctions and operating errors. This will help to
ensure that your battery charger continues to give you constant
service for years to come. It is imperative that you read the section
„Safety Regulations" prior to using your battery charger.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Acctiva Twin is a two-circuit battery charger designed to be used in
intervention vehicles. Thanks to its completely new components
and state-of-the-art technology, the machine ensures a large char-
ging capacity, maximum efficiency and minimum power loss. The
two batteries are charged on the basis of their current state of
charge and without any interdependence. An electronic charge
characteristic control precludes overcharge and, thus, ensures an
extended service life.

MOUNTING ACCTIVA TWIN
- Choose proper mounting surface (240 x 362 mm) for fixture
- Drill 4 bores (ø8.5) at 327 x 160 mm distance for wall rack fixture
- Unscrew cover screws
- Fix wall rack elements to rear
- Fix entire unit to mounting surface
COMMISSIONING ACCTIVA TWIN
Attention! Installation and commissioning may only be per-
formed by trained personnel and in accordance with the
technical regulations. The manufacturer will accept no liabi-
lity for any damages caused by improper mounting, use or
operation.
Only use H05RR-F or H07RN-F cables for mains or charging lines.
For charging lines a minimum cross section of 2x1,5mm² is requi-
red, for mains leads 3x1,5 mm² .
Procedure
- Remove cover
- Insert mains lead through bush
- Connect mains lead - see Fig. 2
- Strain-relieve mains lead
Attention! The data on the charger rating plate must corre-
spond exactly to the voltage of the local mains supply. Make
sure the power supply is provided with a section device
which must be easily accessible when realized with plug-in
devices.
- Insert charging line 1 through bush
- Connect charging line 1
- Strain-relieve charging line
- Insert charging line 2 through bush
- Connect charging line 2
- Strain-relieve charging line
- Remount cover
