GSM Receiver

The GSM receiver is used to control an automated device using a mobile telephone.
It can memorise up to 99 mobile telephone numbers.
It is compatible with all GSM operators (apart from Vodafone UK).

1. deactivating the PiN code for the sim card
Put the SIM card in a mobile telephone to deactivate the PIN code in the card.
2. inserting the sim card in the receiver (fig. 2)
Operation to be carried out with the power off.
Pull out the switch SW1 to switch the power to the receiver off. Refit the switch SW1 once the SIM card has been inserted in the receiver.

4. memorising a telephone in the receiver memory (fig. 4)
Send the following SMS from the telephone to be memorised to the SIM card number:

5. Checking the quality of the Gsm signal

• Good signal =16
• Low signal =12
• Very low signal <12. Find a new location to place the card or switch to another telephone operator offering a better signal in the zone in question.
• If there is no response SMS, the zone is probably not covered by the telephone operator's GSM signal. Change to another operator covering this zone.

Call the SIM card number from a telephone stored in the receiver memory. The call with be automatically rejected (therefore no flowrate). The card activates the
