Attach the separately supplied base to the bottom of the heater as follows:

Operating

Check that the On/Off switch is set to 'OFF' (O).

Uncoil the power cord completely and insert the plug into a suitable 220-240V

socket. To avoid overloading, check that no other equipment is connected to the
same group.
Start the heater by turning the On/Off switch to I (ON). The heater is now on

standby. The display shows the ambient temperature.
From now on, the heater can be operated manually and with a remote control.

If you have not touched a button on the control panel or the remote control for

60 seconds, the display will shine less brightly.
Operating using panel on heater (manual) and remote control
1. Press the
display will show the ambient temperature.
2. Press the

1. Assemble the two base sections.
1. Turn the heater upside down so that the
bottom is facing upwards (to prevent
damage, place the heater on a blanket or
something similar).
2. Place the power cable and plug in the
cable slot under the base.
3. Slide the base onto the heater.
1. Secure the base firmly to the heater
using the 4 ST3x8 screws.
2. After tightening the screws, click the
power cord into the cable slot under the
base.
3. Place the heater upright again.
Caution: after attaching the base, check
that everything is securely fastened. The
heater must not move on its base.
