2.2 Gewährleistung und Haftung
Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 24 Monate ab
Gefahrübergang, spätestens ab Eingang der Ware beim
Besteller.
Die Verjährungsfrist gilt auch für Ansprüche auf Ersatz
von Mängelschäden, es sei denn, der Hersteller kann
Ansprüche aus unerlaubter Handlung geltend machen.
Die Garantie erstreckt sich auf Material- und
Fertigungsfehler, die bei einer normalen Beanspruchung
auftreten (Einschichtbetrieb).
Im Garantiefall bitten wir um frachtfreie Einsendung des
defekten Teils zusammen mit einer Kopie der Rechnung
und einer Beschreibung der Beanstandung.
Grundsätzlich gelten unsere „Allgemeinen Verkaufs- und
Lieferbedingungen (VLB)".
Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsansprüche bei Personen-
und Sachschäden sind ausgeschlossen, wenn sie auf eine
oder mehrere der folgenden Ursachen zurückzuführen
sind:
• Nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Maschine
• Unsachgemäßes Montieren, Inbetriebnehmen, Bedienen,
Warten und Reparieren der Maschine.
• Betreiben der Maschine bei defekten, nicht ordnungs-
gemäß angebrachten oder nicht funktionsfähigen
Sicherheits- und Schutzvorrichtungen.
• Nichtbeachten der Hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung
bezüglich Transport, Lagerung, Montage, Inbetrieb-
nahme, Betrieb, Wartung und Rüsten der Maschine.
• Eigenmächtige bauliche Veränderungen an der Maschine
• Katastrophenfälle durch Fremdkörpereinwirkung und
höhere Gewalt.

2.2 Warranty and liability
The packing machine purchased comes with a 24-month
warranty commencing upon the passage of risk, at the
latest, however, as from the time at which the product is
received by party having ordered the machine.
The period of limitation also applies to claims for the
reparation of damage caused by defects unless the
manufacturer can assert any claim in tort.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing flaws as
well as faults occurring during normal duty use (one-shift
operation).
In the event of any claim made under the warranty, please
return the faulty part, carriage paid, together with a copy
of the invoice and a description of the reason for return.
Our "General terms and conditions (VLB)" apply in all
cases.
Warranty and liability claims relating to personal injury or
material damage are ruled out if they are attributable to
one or more of the following causes:
machine has not been used for the intended purpose,
•
machine has been improperly assembled, started,
•
operated, maintained and repaired,
machine has been operated with faulty, improperly
•
fitted or non-functioning safety devices and protective
equipment,
failure to observe the information given in the
•
operating instructions concerning the transportation,
storage, assembly, start-up, operation, maintenance
and setting-up of the machine,
modifications have been carried out without authority
•
to the design of the machine,
disasters resulting from external impact and force
•
majeure,
wear.

2.2 Garantie et responsabilité
La machine d'emballage qui a été ici acquise est garantie
sur une période de 24 mois courant à partir du transfert du
risque, au plus tard dès arrivée de la marchandise chez
l'auteur de la commande.
Ce délai de prescription s'applique également aux droits
de recours pour dommage résultant d'un vice, à moins que
le fabricant ne puisse faire valoir un droit fondé sur une
utilisation illicite.
La garantie couvre les vices de matière et de fabrication
ainsi que les vices qui apparaîtraient lors d'une
sollicitation normale de la machine (un seul service sans
rotation d'équipes).
En cas de recours à la garantie, nous vous prions
d'envoyer la pièce défectueuse sous port payé et
accompagnée d'une copie de la facture ainsi que d'une
description du problème faisant l'objet de la réclamation.
Ce sont fondamentalement nos « Conditions générales de
vente et de livraison (VLB) » qui s'appliquent.
Tout droit à la garantie et engagement de la responsabilité
portant sur des dommages corporels et matériels seront
exclus si ces derniers relèvent d'une des causes suivantes :
utilisation non-conforme de la machine,

montage, mise en service, commande, maintenance et
•
réparations de la machine effectués de manière non-
conforme,
exploitation de la machine malgré des dispositifs de
•
sécurité et de protection qui sont défectueux, mal
montés ou non en état de fonctionnement,
non-respect des consignes qui sont contenues dans ces
•
Instructions de service et sont relatives au transport,
au stockage, au montage, à la mise en service et à la
maintenance de la machine,
modifications apportées dans la construction sans
•
autorisation préalable,
catastrophe provoquée par une intervention extérieure
•
ou un cas de force majeure,
usure.
