Safety instructions Hand nozzle
Transfer clean and uncharged liquids only.
Do not exceed maximum operating pressure of 2 bar at 60°C.
When filling into a container, make sure that no excess
pressure will be built up - danger of liquid splashing.
Do not transfer liquid at high speed to avoid splashing
of liquids.
Comply with relevant safety instructions.
Wear appropriate protective clothing
(face and breathing protection, protective gloves, etc.)
Ensure that the hose is securely fixed to the hosetail.
To avoid mechanical stress on the hand nozzle, slightly
bend the flexible hose only.
The hand nozzle may not be used for liquids which are not
compatible with its materials of construction (tap housing,
tap valve, seal, hose ...). Also confer to resistance chart.
Never leave the hand nozzle unattended, because it does not
close automatically.
Before starting operation, check if the lever is reset
automatically to starting position.
The outside condition of the hand nozzle has to be controlled
by regular visible checks.
Drain hand nozzle after each operation.
Regularly check the hose clamp for tight fit.
Non-compliance with the safety instructions may cause
injuries to the operator, pollution of the environment or
damage to the hand nozzle.
