waste. Comply with the national provisions applicable

Spent (rechargeable) batteries should not be discarded
with household waste, regardless of whether they con-
tain harmful substances or not. As a consumer you are
obliged by law to dispose of (rechargeable) batteries via
the collection points set up by the municipal authorities
or the retail sector. Only discard (rechargeable) batte-
ries when fully discharged.
