To insert the Battery:
1. Open the battery encasement cover
with the opener attached to the
carrying pouch.
2. Insert the battery in the proper + and
- position (Refer to the markings on
the inside of the battery cover).
3. After inserting the battery, reattach
the battery cover until it is securely
fastened.
* When changing the battery, be sure
to wipe the entire body of the Travel
Washlet dry to avoid any damage to
the battery or main unit.
Pouring water into the tank:
1. Open the tank cover so that it is slightly
ajar and pull out the main unit until it
clicks into position.
* Be sure to pull the main unit all
the way out to allow for easier
access to the wand.
2. Open the tank cover to its fully open
position. (The tank cover has 2 OPEN
positions-half open and fully open).
3. Pour cold or lukewarm water into the
tank and close the cover, making sure it
is tightly fastened.
* Run the water over your hand
when pouring it into the tank to
make sure it is not too hot.
WARNING: Do not use water that is
hotter than 40°C. Use of very hot water
can cause a serious burn.
* When pouring water into the tank
from a shallow sink bowl, open the tank
cover to the "half-open" position and
pour the water into the tank, using the
water guide. The tank does not need to
be completely full.
