INSTALLATION
6.1
Stacking or flying the KILO
The KILO fully integrated three-point rigging (Figure 2) consists in two self-locking side grips (also allowing enclosure
handling) and one angle bar for inter-enclosure angular adjustment with inter-enclosure angles from 0° to 15°. This
allows various system setups in flown or stacked configurations such as:
•
Flying vertical array of up to 14 KILO or 12 KIVA/4 KILO assembly using the L-ACOUSTICS
structure.
•
Stacking vertical array of up to 5 KILO or KIVA/KILO assembly of up to 1.84 m/6 ft height using the
L-ACOUSTICS
®
KIBU rigging structure.
•
35 mm/1.4'' pole mounting or under-balcony rigging of one KILO using the L-ACOUSTICS
accessory.

rigging procedures.

6.2
Connecting speakers
The KILO enclosure is driven and powered by the dedicated L-ACOUSTICS
amp channel can drive one or two KILO or KIVA enclosures in parallel. The channel assignment varies upon the preset
selected by the user for a given application. For more details please refer to the ''LA4 - User Manual'', also available
on the internet website @ www.l-acoustics.com.
The KILO enclosure is equipped with two 4-point Speakon
KILO enclosure in parallel via an L-ACOUSTICS
To connect the KILO enclosure to the amplified controller LA4 (Figure 3), L-ACOUSTICS
