Safety
Keep the glass lamp cover over the bulb. Remove only when cold
and when the lamp is unplugged.
The glass lamp cover will be warm to the touch. Avoid covering it
and keep clear anything that may be damaged by heat.
Don't open the casing for any reason. There are no user-serviceable
parts inside.
Keep away from water and damp. For indoor use only.
Maximum 60W E14 (SES) candle bulb.

Getting started
The best position for Bodyclock Elite is by your bedside.
Remove the glass lamp cover with a gentle upward tug.
Screw in the bulb firmly and replace the cover.

Quick set-up
Five steps that will provide you with the basic Bodyclock functions:
a 30-minute sunrise to wake you up; a back-up alarm beep for
added reassurance; an optional 30-minute sunset to help you sleep.
Use the P and Lamp -/+ buttons as follows:
When programming, A must always be down (i.e. the alarm turned
off, alarm time/ A not displayed).
Press P to search programs then use Lamp -/+ to change settings.
Wait 12 seconds until the program display clears or press P to skip
to another program.
The new setting will be listed when you next search programs. All
settings are saved if the unit is unplugged or if there's a power
failure.
