ナット を緩め、ネジ を回してせり合わせを調節してくだ

●ネジ を右方向に回すと、せり合わせが強くなります。
●ネジ 2 を左方向に回すと、せり合わせが弱くなります。

調節後、レバー を手で動かして、糸がスムーズに切れるか
どうか確かめてください。

確認後、ナット を締めてください。

前頁図12を参考に布案内を取り付けてください。

調節後、 移動刃 が動かないようにネジ
前頁図12を参考に布案内を取り付け、図11を参考にアイガ
ード・クロスプレート・押エ・ホースを元の位置に戻してく
ださい。
ハンドプーリーを手で回して、糸がスムーズに切れることを
確認してください。
Blade pressure adjustment
To adjust the pressure between blades, loosen the nut

turn the screw as required.
●To increase the pressure, turn the screw
●To decrease the pressure, turn the screw
After this adjustment, make sure that the knife can cut a
thread smoothly by moving the lever

Then tighten the nut .

Fit the groove of the chain cutter lever

Install the chain cutter temporarily with the screw
Attach the fabric guide (see Fig.12 on the previous page).

Loosen the screw and position the chain cutter
referring to the dimensions in the illustration.

Then tighten the screw . (Fig.17)
Blade overlap adjustment
Remove the fabric guide.
Turn the machine pulley by hand until the needle comes to
the bottom of its travel.

Loosen the screw and adjust the position of the movable

knife so that the overlap of the knife
After this adjustment, secure the movable knife

screw .
Attach the fabric guide and the auxiliary plate (see Fig.12 on
the previous page). Place the eye guard, the cloth plate and
the presser foot in each original position (see Fig.11).
Turn the machine pulley by hand to see if cutting is smooth.
