WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
• The power drill pump has a maximum suction head of 3 metres and a maximum pump lift depending on the hose diameter
(see table above).
• The free hose length on the suction side must be at least 1 metre to the material to be extracted.
• The power drill pump must be mounted on a suitable wooden board with the mounting materials supplied.
• Caution: The power drill pump must be completely flush with the board. Make sure that the distance between
the power drill pump and the edge of the board is at least 5 cm.
• Caution: Failure to use the mounting material or the use of an excessively short support board can cause the pump and
power drill to turn on their own axis. This can cause the electric cable to break, producing an electric shock.
• Caution: The power drill may only be operated in clockwise rotation.
• The direction of flow is indicated by an arrow. Attach a suction and pressure hose. The pressure side must be open during
suction. The delivery rate can be regulated by the speed of the power drill. Switch off the power drill immediately once
the container is empty.
SAFETY INFORMATION
• Caution: Before switching on the power drill, make sure that the handle is flush with the mounting board to prevent it
from turning over or twisting. Danger of crushing or injury!
• The safety regulations of the power drill manufacturers are binding. Failure to observe the manual can pose a danger to life.
• Only machines that comply with currently valid regulations are permitted.
• Always pull out the mains plug when power drills are not in use or when carrying out maintenance work.
• Before starting work, check for correct function and mounting of the pump and power drill. You should also check the hose
connections and pump housing for leaks.
• Caution: Avoid contact with splash water – risk of electric shock!
• Caution: The use of a residual current circuit breaker (FI) between the mains plug and the power socket is essential.
• Caution: Protect the power drill against moisture – risk of electric shock!
• Only operate under supervision. The pump must not be operated by children or young adults, who should be kept away from
the connected device.
• Caution: Residual lubricant! Flush thoroughly with hot water prior to use.
• Caution: Do not convey poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances such as petrol, kerosene, nitro compounds
or even explosive materials and drinking water. Do not convey foodstuffs or hot liquids above 40°C.
• Caution: The pump cannot be turned manually.
• Make sure that both you and the machine used are stably positioned.
• Only use the machines and tools for the actual intended purpose.
• Do not make any technical modifications to the power drill pump.
• Never work with faulty devices.
• Make sure that your clothes are tight fitting (particularly sleeves) and protect your hair.
• Wear your personal protective equipment at all times when working.
• Never reach inside running machines.
• Never allow inexperienced personnel to work with your machines and tools without instruction or supervision.
• Always work to plan and in a concentrated way.
• Only use original wolfcraft spare parts – otherwise no liability will be accepted.
• The rotor bearing of the pump must be regularly lubricated with commercially available machine oil.
