TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE
Circuit overload.
Secondary circuit overload.
Motor overload.
Water turned off.
Inadequate water supply.
Pump sucking air. (Prime eliminat-
ed.)
High pressure detergent valve is
open without the end of the hose
inserted into detergent (causes
vacuum leak and eliminates prime).
Kink in high pressure discharge
hose.
Adjustable grip on dual lance is not
in high pressure mode.
Obstructed or worn spray nozzle.
Damaged or obstructed valve assy.
in pump.
Pump packings worn.
Unloader/bypass valve not operating
correctly.
Water in oil.
Worn seals or o-rings.
Detergent strainer is not completely
submerged in detergent solution.
Detergent strainer obstructed.
Detergent hose cut, obstructed
or kinked.
Detergent adjusting knob turned
to "OFF" position.
Ball and spring in strainer missing
or corroded.
Trigger gun is malfunctioning.
REMEDY
Determine if voltage is on. If not, check
wall breaker or fuse.
Check primary and secondary fuses
on transformer.
Reset thermal overload button on pump
motor or thermal overload in electrical
box. Contact Customer Service.
Check incoming water supply. Increase
hose diameter and provideadequate
water supply (20 PSI, 6 GPM).
Tighten all water intake connections.
Eliminate leaks in intake line.
Close valve or submerge detergent hose
into solution. Reprime pump.
Replace kinked high pressure hose.
Turn grip counterclockwise to move to
high pressure.
Remove, clean or replace.
Remove, clean or replace.
Replace packings.
Repair or replace.
Change pump oil. Fill to proper level.
Contact Customer Service.
Check, submerge if necessary.
Inspect, clean or replace.
Inspect, clean or replace.
