TROUBLESHOOTING
• What to do before running the software?
Connect the USB ANT dongle, power up the trai-
ner (or if in sleep mode, just pedal for a few se-
conds in order to wake it up) and touch a key of the
console to wake it up. Then launch the software.
• The PC does not recognize the USB ANT dongle
("Dongle ANT not found" error).
Verify that the dongle is correctly connected to a
USB port of the PC.
Install properly the USB ANT dongle driver (see
procedure).
If the dongle and driver are correctly installed
but the program doesn't recognize the USB ANT
dongle, then remove the USB ANT dongle and
re-connect it to the same USB port, then run the
software again.
• The trainer doesn't connect ("Real Turbo Muin
B+ not found" error)
Be sure the trainer is connected to the power
supply.
If the trainer has been connected to the power
supply for more than 2 minutes (and hasn't been
used), then it will go to sleep mode. Pedal for a
few seconds to wake it up. Then run the software.
If it still doesn't connect, then probably the Device
Trainer Number hasn't been set correctly. Check
if the Device Trainer Number is correct, using the
"Settings-Edit Trainer Number..." menu. Check if
the value matches the value on the trainer. Then
re-start the software.
If the software still doesn't connect to the trainer,
